Before you settle in and make yourself comfortable, we would like to familiarize you with the Internal Regulations and General Conditions of Occupancy of this furnished tourist accommodation. Understanding and complying with them will ensure that everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
Careful reading of the internal regulations ensures that your security deposit is not reduced at the time of departure.
Please treat this apartment with the same respect as your own. We have made a lot of effort to make it a pleasant space for you to enjoy.
Please maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay; this will greatly facilitate your departure! And remember to do the dishes!
In case of accidental damage, this can happen. It is essential to inform us immediately.
We hope you have lots of laughter and fun during your stay! However, we would appreciate it if you could be mindful and limit noise out of respect for your neighbors.
Please ensure that you read and understand the internal regulations at the beginning of your stay. If something is not clear, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can explain it to you in more detail to avoid any misunderstanding.

This accommodation is rented to you for a defined period at the time of your reservation. Under no circumstances can a customer claim any right to remain on the premises outside of this period.
For maximum comfort and to allow you to arrive and leave at the time of your choice, we provide you with a key box.
You will receive the code for the key box by email and SMS before your arrival.
After entering your code, press the "padlock" symbol to open the key box.
At the end of your stay, please return the key to the key box.
NOTE: Our "La Familiale" gîte is equipped with a smart lock. Enter your code directly on the door handle and press the "padlock" symbol.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all of our gîtes.
Clients must properly dispose of their cigarette butts (e.g. in the ashtrays provided) and must not under any circumstances throw them into the property's grounds or on the public road. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a flat-rate penalty of 150€.
Clients are fully and in all circumstances responsible for the safety of their children as well as any disturbance caused to the neighborhood;
Clients and Visitors must make as little noise as possible so as not to disturb residents of neighboring properties, especially during the night (e.g. from 11 pm to 8 am), as well as upon arrival and departure;
Noise disturbances are prohibited at any time and may result in the termination of the Seasonal Rental Contract, expulsion, loss of fees incurred as well as deductions from the security deposit;
Clients and their potential Visitors must not adopt any antisocial behavior. They are asked to minimize their immediate impact on the neighborhood and residents of the area.
Clients are authorized to invite a maximum number of Visitors at any time during their stay according to the maximum capacity of the reserved accommodation:
Clients must ensure that the maximum number of Visitors is not exceeded, and that Visitors comply with the Internal Regulations.
Clients wishing to invite Visitors to spend the night in the Seasonal Rental Property must inform us at the time of their reservation, subject to additional fees indicated in the pricing (including tourist taxes).
It is strictly forbidden to organize parties or any other type of gathering on a large scale in the Seasonal Rental Property;
Any small gathering must comply with other rules stipulated in this regulation, especially with regard to Noise, Neighborhood and the number of authorized Visitors.
Clients and their Visitors are required to throw their garbage and recyclable waste in the bins provided for this purpose.
Garbages must not be left in a public area or in common areas.
Whenever Clients leave the Seasonal Rental Property, they are required to ensure that all windows and doors are closed and/or locked in order to preserve the safety of the accommodation and to prevent potential damage caused by rain.
Clients must turn off lights, air conditioning, fans and electronic devices such as televisions when not in use in order to save energy.
It is prohibited to leave the air conditioning on when Clients are absent from the Seasonal Rental Property.
Clients must supervise babies and children at all times when using the balcony of our cottage Li Lawadie.
Although we love them, pets are not allowed in our cottages to facilitate the work of our maintenance staff.
Any broken object or damage caused must be reported to us as soon as possible.
Failure to report may result in a deduction from the security deposit.
To prevent breakage and damage, furniture should not be moved from one room to another without prior agreement.
Please also note that towels must not be taken off the property.
Violation of any rule included in this Internal Regulations and General Conditions of Occupancy constitutes a breach of the Rental Agreement.
The Owner and Manager reserve the right to terminate the occupancy permit and expel from the Seasonal Rental Property any Client or Visitor refusing to comply with the Internal Regulations or causing disturbances that disturb the neighbors or other residents of the community.
